Registration for foreign players for the Lanka Premier League (LPL) is set to commence on May 8, according to an official statement released by Sri Lanka Cricket.
The statement further noted that overseas players will be able to complete their registration until May 18 through the official website of Sri Lanka Cricket.
The upcoming LPL tournament is scheduled to be held across four प्रमुख venues in the country. Matches will take place at the Sinhalese Sports Club Ground (SSC) and R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, as well as at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium and Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
The tournament is expected to take place during the months of July and August, bringing together both local and international cricket talent for the popular T20 league.
