Global Oil and Gas Prices Rise Amid Middle East Tensions

Global energy prices have increased further today (23) due to escalating tensions in the Middle East region.

According to market data, the price of West Texas Intermediate crude oil has risen to USD 93.40 per barrel.

Meanwhile, the widely used Brent crude oil is trading at USD 102.3 per barrel.

Natural gas prices have also recorded an increase, reaching USD 2.722.

Analysts attribute the sharp rise in energy prices to ongoing instability in the Middle East and disruptions in global supply chains, which continue to impact the international energy market.
