Among those who participated were Kilinochchi District Secretary S. Muralitharan, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Buddhika Gunasekara, SSP Angammana, Officer-in-Charge of Kilinochchi Police Station Mohamed Sultan Nazeem, officials from the District Secretariat, police officers, local business representatives, and members of the public.
