‘Gampaha Osmand’ Arrested Over Alleged Involvement in Ganemulla Sanjeewa Murder

Police have arrested Osmond Gunasekara, also known as “Gampaha Osmand,” over allegations of aiding and abetting the murder of Ganemulla Sanjeewa.

During the arrest, police recovered a foreign-made repeater-type firearm, two magazines, and 10 rounds of ammunition from the suspect.

Police stated that further investigations are being carried out on the basis that the suspect is linked to organized criminal activities.
