NPP May Day Rally Begins in Nuwara Eliya Under President’s Leadership

The May Day rally of the National People’s Power (NPP) has commenced in Nuwara Eliya under the leadership of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

This year’s May Day events of the NPP are being held under the theme “Strength to People’s Power.”

The party has planned to organize 21 May Day rallies and processions across 21 districts on a large scale.

Accordingly, the Nuwara Eliya district rally is currently underway with the participation of several political figures and supporters, including Minister Ramalingam Chandrasekaran and Member of Parliament Kalaichelvi.
