Cabinet Approves Permanent Recruitment of 9,800 State Employees

The Cabinet has granted approval to issue a circular to permanently appoint around 9,800 employees currently serving in government institutions on temporary, substitute, contract, or relief bases.

Employees who have so far been working on daily wage or contract terms will be absorbed into the permanent service under this new arrangement.

This move is expected to provide job security and formal recognition to a large number of workers within the public sector.
