Sri Lankan Rupee Depreciates Further Against US Dollar, Selling Rate Exceeds Rs. 354

The Sri Lankan Rupee has further weakened against the US Dollar, with the selling rate surpassing the Rs. 354 mark, according to the latest foreign exchange report issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka today (20).
According to the report, the buying rate of the US Dollar was recorded at Rs. 342.6353, while the selling rate stood at Rs. 354.0350.
The latest figures indicate continued pressure on the Sri Lankan Rupee in the foreign exchange market.
