23 Foreign Nationals Arrested in Galle Over Suspected Cyber Crimes

Twenty-three foreign nationals have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in cyber-related crimes in the Galle Harbour, Magalle, and Sambodhi Junction areas.

The arrests were made during a raid carried out by officers attached to the Sri Lanka Police Galle Harbour Police Station.

According to police, the suspects are Indian and Nepali nationals aged between 21 and 47 years.

Police also seized 10 computers and 32 mobile phones from the suspects.

Further investigations into the incident are being conducted by the Galle Harbour Police.
