Man Dies After Boat Capsizes in Kirimetiyawa Tank in Kekirawa

Police have reported that a person has died after drowning in the Kirimetiyawa Tank area in Kekirawa.

The deceased is a 28-year-old youth from the Pannipitiya area.

According to police, the accident occurred when the boat he was travelling in capsized while he was boating in the tank.

Further investigations into the incident are being carried out by the Kekirawa Police.
