Shooting Incident Reported in Kandy – One Injured

A shooting incident has been reported in the Guhagoda area along the Kandy–Kadugastota road in Kandy.

According to police, one person was injured in the shooting and has been admitted to the Kandy National Hospital for treatment.

Initial reports indicate that the injured individual is a cleaning supervisor at the Kandy National Hospital. Further investigations into the incident are currently underway.
