Indian Navy Submarine INS SINDHUKESARI Arrives in Colombo

The Indian Navy submarine INS SINDHUKESARI arrived at the Colombo Port yesterday (03) as part of an operational visit.
🔹 Arrival and Reception
Upon its arrival, the Sri Lanka Navy formally welcomed the submarine in accordance with naval traditions and protocols.
🔹 Purpose of the Visit
The visit is being carried out to fulfill operational requirements and strengthen naval cooperation between the two countries.
🔹 Planned Activities
During its stay in Sri Lanka:
- The crew of INS SINDHUKESARI will participate in several programs organized by the Sri Lanka Navy.
- The naval personnel are also expected to visit key tourist attractions across the island.
- The visit aims to enhance mutual understanding and maritime cooperation between the Indian and Sri Lankan navies.
