The opening ceremony was attended by Vice Chancellor Professor P. Pratheepan and Secretary to the Ministry of Science and Technology Y.L.M. Navavi.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative is a collaborative effort between Eastern University and the Ministry of Science and Technology to strengthen regional economic development.
