From January 1 to May 28, 2026, Sri Lanka recorded a total of 1,000,807 tourist arrivals. In the most recent period alone (up to May 28), 134,530 tourists visited the country.<\/p>\n
India remains the leading source market for tourist arrivals, followed by the United Kingdom, Russia, China, and Germany.<\/p>\n
