According to him, numerous war crimes had taken place during the final phase of the war, yet justice has still not been delivered even after 17 years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1161\">Nizhalgal Ravi stated that the affected Tamil community continues to suffer and emphasized that true peace can only be achieved when justice is served. He appealed emotionally by saying, \u201cPlease allow the Tamil people to live.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1406\">The actor also said that many Eelam Tamils had lost their lives, homes and livelihoods, leaving families devastated and displaced.
